I manage a team of Unreal Engine developers, ensuring the project stays on track with clear communication, task delegation, and deadline management. I handle all HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining a strong studio culture to keep the team motivated and aligned. I oversee the financial aspects of the studio, including budgeting, expense management, and resource allocation to support growth and project sustainability. We’re developing Fillet Fury, a fun, co-op indie game set in the Wild West. The game combines fast-paced action with a unique card-based mechanic, offering players a fresh take on classic western shootouts.
